Eiffage Construction announces the merger of the Côte d'Azur and the Mediterranean directorates with the creation of the Southeast Regional Directorate, which is entrusted to Luc Bouvet. This merger follows the retirement of Yves Girard, regional director Côte d'Azur.
Luc Bouvet (pictured left), Mediterranean regional director since 2006, took the lead of this new leadership on July 1st. In this capacity, he will be in charge of the activities of Eiffage Construction and Eiffage Immobilier in the South-East region.
Luc Bouvet, 50, a graduate of INSA Lyon, joined the Eiffage Group at the beginning of his career in 1991. He held several operational positions before taking over the management of various Group entities such as Quillery Aix-en- Provence or Theg-Fougerolles on the east of Marseilles. He also chairs the CREPI Méditerranée (Regional Business Club of Insertion Partners).
Alain Argillier (pictured right), real estate regional director Méditerranée since 2014, is entrusted with the property development activity for the new regional directorate South-East.
A graduate of Polytech Clermont, Alain Argillier - 47 years old - started his career at Quillery in 1993 as an engineer. In 1997, he joined a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts where he held several management positions in the real estate and development sectors. In 2008, he was appointed Regional Director Paca for Cirmad.
