Monday 18 March 2019, the new offices of the Construction branch of the Eiffage Group in Occitania were inaugurated in the heart of the eco-district Cartoucherie in Toulouse. This event took place in the presence of Philippe Carrère - Regional Director for Eiffage Construction, Jean-Luc Moudenc - Mayor of Toulouse and President of Toulouse Métropole, and Gilles Broquère - CEO of OPPIDEA (SEM d'aménagement de Toulouse Métropole).
Since December 2018, 70 employees of Eiffage Construction Occitanie can enjoy the 2,000 m² of offices made by Eiffage Immobilier. This building, which is distinguished by its constructive process implemented by Eiffage Construction, meets several commitments in terms of sustainable development and aims at BREEAM certification.
In addition to its eco-friendly technical features, the building offers a modern work tool to its occupants, in accordance with their needs and the current uses of each service: open, semi-open and closed office spaces, and a gym and cafeteria. Its location is also ideal because it is served by tram and buses.
The inauguration of this tertiary complex marks the completion of the joint Signature operation, rewarded by a Silver Pyramid in 2015. Eiffage Immobilier had already built 110 housing units within this eco-district, the first to be created in the city of Toulouse!
