A new Eiffage Immobilier program is equipped with a work of art within the framework of the charter

During the inauguration of the residence Poseô in Carros on September 28th, guests were able to admire the sculpture " Window opened on Garden ", realized by Pascale Dielman.

Eiffage Immobilier delivered last July the residence Poseô, of a surface of 5 600m ², located in the residential area of Carros near Nice. It contains 97 apartments among which 21 social renting housing,  studios in T4, were distributed in 4 buildings.
 
Within the framework of the charter "1 building, 1 work"signed with the Ministry of Culture in 2015, Eiffage Immobilier made a commitment to put back art at the center of the everyday life of our customers by endowing its programs of a work of art (sculpture, paint, broadcasting, multimedia, etc.).
 
The day of the inauguration took place in the presence of Luc Bouvet, Southeast regional manager of Eiffage Construction, Charles Scibetta, vice-president of the Metropolis Nice Côte d'Azur and departmental Councillor of the Alpes-Maritimes, Dominique Estrosi-Sassone, Senator of the Alpes-Maritimes and President of Committees of the Metropolis Nice Côte d'Azur, Charles Ange Ginésy, President of the Department of the Alpes-Maritimes, Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice, President of the Metropolis Nice Côte d'Azur and Deputy president of the Region Provence Alpes-Côte of Azure and Loïc Dombrevalle, Delegated 2nd district of the Alpes-Maritimes, Councillor of Metropolis Nice Côte d'Azur and Local councillor de Vence.
The guests discovered the metal contemporary sculpture "Window opened on the garden" created by the plastic artist Pascale Dielman.
