Eiffage Immobilier was held further to a call for projects introduced by the Pays Basque Conurbation to realize a Craftsmen Village. It is the major component of the future Urban Development Zone Melville-Lynch located on between the cities of Anglet and Bayonne.
The Urban Develpment Zone Melville-Lynch was created by the ex-urban area Basque Coast - Adour to answer at the request of companies - in particular productive industries, services in the production, and craft. There, on about 14 hectares of grounds between Bayonne and Anglet, the Conurbation wished to realize a business park economic non-specialized.
Ideally located near main highways and in the continuation of the zone of Maignon, the Urban Development Zone Melville-Lynch is the ideal place to develop the concept of a craftsmen village and landing in the insufficiency of the offer of craft premises in the region.
The operation realized by Eiffage Immobilier Sud-Ouest includes the realization of 21 individual workshops booked for craftsmen (157 m ² by workshop for a total surface of 3 171 m ²) distributed in 5 buildings around a vegetated place of village.
The set will be served by a peripheral way and will include 57 parking places.
This craftmen village marks the first construction siteon this zone. In a stake in mixing, it will welcome afterward tertiary activities, activities of small production and local services, car dealers and the municipal technical center of Anglet.
