During the 4th edition of the SIATI, Eiffage Aménagement received the Trophy SIATI 2018 "Sponsors: the best structuring of partnership agreement" for the project of the URBAN DEVELOPMENT ZONE LAVALLÉE in Châtenay-Malabry, given to Brigitte Outrey - Big Projects Manager.
In February, 2017, the city of Châtenay-Malabry indicated Eiffage Aménagement prize-winner of the consultation of planners thrown in July, 2016 for the realization of the future mixed eco-district of 213 000 m ².
This operation realized within the framework of the first Semop (semipublic company with only operation) by arrangement led in France, is held in 66 % by Eiffage Aménagement and 34 % by the city of Châtenay-Malabry.
