Eiffage Immobilier is organised into nine property divisions, with Philippe Plaza as Chief Executive Officer. Two Regional Directors have been newly appointed: Gwendal Gautier, Director for the Greater West and Eric Llamas, Director for the North-East. This tighter regional network enables Eiffage Immobilier to be as close as possible to the local area, enabling it to develop projects for public and private clients with a local vision.
Gwendal Gautier, 48, is the new Director of Eiffage Immobilier for the Greater-West region, succeeding Alain Riguidel. Graduated from the french school ESTP, Gwendal Gautier has been Managing Director Building of the ETPO Group from 2018 to the present. He began his career with Eiffage Construction 24 years ago.
Éric Llamas has been appointed Director for the North-East region. Eric Llamas, who holds an engineering degree from INSA Lyon, joined the Eiffage Group 34 years ago and joined the Real Estate business unit in 1998, where he gained extensive experience at European level and where he continues to work in the commercial urban planning department.
